Following the successful nationwide rollout of our product, we now need to provide full servicing across Australia. This December, Wet Umbrella will conduct an East Coast service run, beginning in Brisbane, then travelling to the Gold Coast and Sydney, and finishing in Melbourne. Our fully qualified service technicians, trained in the maintenance, repair and assembly of all our products, will perform the work. The service includes the following tasks.
Microfibre pad replacement: We replace your current pads with fresh, clean pads that have been fully laundered. After washing the pads with a pH-neutral chemical, we apply our antimicrobial Biosan 2 at the correct 32:1 ratio. The pads are then hung to dry in the sun, providing 30 days of protection against mould and infectious disease.
The rest of the machine is thoroughly cleaned using Biosan 2, applied with a spray bottle and wiped down with a clean microfibre cloth. This process covers all external and internal components. Finally, the drip trays are removed and every surface is cleaned. This detailed service sanitises all visible and concealed surfaces of the machine.
Next, our technician inspects all machine panels and fasteners for damage or wear. First, all bolts are checked to ensure they are tightened to the specified torque. The panels are then inspected for damage, wear and alignment. Finally, the base is checked for squareness and adjusted if it is outside specification.
Finally, you will receive a written report on the machine’s condition, including any parts recommended for replacement at the next service. Regular servicing will help ensure your Wet Umbrella Dryer provides many years of reliable operation.
